We offer innovative training styles, with no two sessions the same. Kettlebells, Sandbags, MMA style conditioning exercises are but a few of the tools we’ll use to power you through your workouts. GYM101 are also the only Master Trainers for the CrossCore180 suspension training system. Trainers can work with you even while you have an injury. We commonly (and very successfully) work with clients post neck, shoulder, back, hip , knee & ankle injury). We’ll even sneak a few flexibility exercises into each session, reducing the risk of re-injury. For those wanting a low impact form of exercise, we also offer Reformer Pilates. Every visit is motivated and mentored by a trainers. With no membership required, and sessions 6 days a week, you simply book for the sessions you want to attend. May 1st is our official Birthday and to say thank you I would like to offer all existing clients, past clients and new clients to have the whole month of May training at $20 per week, you can have as many classes as you like (come twice a day, if you dare)
